Japanese Girl (2015)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Classic beauty in gorgeous clothes.
Kimono (Furisode) was created Hisayan. Google the name and you will find it at Poserclub.net.
Shy Girl (2018)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Model a bit embarassed ny the outfit looking at another model not so shy.
My first Octane Render (2012)
The very first real Octane render I did with the Poser plugin.
This was so photorealistic compared to anything else I had done in Firefly, it convinced me to turn completely to Octane rendering.
Role Reversal (2010-2015)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Originally a firefly render, but converted to Octane in 2015.
Selfie made Old Fashioned Style (2014)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Probably not an original idea, but I like it.
The painting itself was done with Posers Sketch tool. First pencil sketch, then the oil sketch and finally mirrored and composited in Photoshop.
Separated (2011-2018)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Originally done with firefly and earlier versions of Octane.
This used to be a very difficult one to render, but now it is easy.
Two spots used here like in a studio. Background is a photo.
Girl on a bed (2016)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
The background, props and lighting are entirely HDRI. A ground plane acts as a shadow catcher. Only the girl is 3d. Shirt is simmed with VWD (Virtual World Dynamics).
Seasons (2011-2013)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Just a fun image.
Photoshoot #1 (2017)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
This one was an experiment to see how much real world and Octane matched eachother in terms of lighting and camera settings.
I recreated the entire setup of the photographer for the lights and used the same camera settings.
The end result was remarkably similar.
Galactic Seduction (2012, 2017)
Poser scene rendered in Octane.
Originally done in Poser with the clouds made in Particles+ and rendered in Firefly. This version uses OpenVDB for the clouds and is rendered in Octane.
Background is from Nasa (TadPole Galaxy) and composited with Photoshop.
